What we collect

If you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone if supplied, postcode, interest area, message, source page and any calculator payload included with the form.

The form also includes a honeypot and elapsed-time field to reduce spam.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to reply, assess service-area fit, prepare for a survey and keep a record of the conversation.

Where it goes

The website sends lead data to Worpra's Cloud Run service and stores accepted enquiries in Cloud Firestore. Both services are configured in Google's London region.

To limit automated abuse, the service temporarily stores a one-way network identifier for up to two hours. It is used only for rate limiting. Resend processes the enquiry details needed to deliver an internal alert and, when requested, your calculator breakdown.

Analytics

GA4 analytics loads only if you accept analytics in the consent banner. Decline means no analytics script is loaded by this site.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of personal data held by Worpra by emailing team@worpra.co.uk.
